Down is a record I wrote to try to combat impostor syndrome. I built this song around the vocal sample that is the first thing heard at the beginning of the track. After producing the beat around the vocal sample, the lyrics just flowed. The main message: follow your dreams and don't give up- keep going till you achieve them.
