Non-Exclusive Beat Leases | $30 – $50 / beat

Available through our BeatStars catalog, featuring both solo and collaborative beats ready for non-exclusive licensing. Ideal for independent artists, quick demos, or projects working within a flexible budget.

Includes: High-quality beat lease for non-exclusive commercial use

  • Terms: Standard lease renewal required; shared publishing and master royalty split. Master rights remain with OK Hit Record Productions LLC. Read contract on BeatStars before use.

Exclusive Beat | Starting at $200 / beat

Choose a beat (or multiple) from a pack curated just for you!

  • Includes:

    1. 100% Exclusive Rights: Once you choose a beat- it's YOURS it will NOT be re-sold or leased again.

    2. Tracked-Out Stems: Unmixed/wet WAV stems included for maximum mixing control.

    3. Full Media Clearance: Commercial clearance for streaming, radio, film, TV, and sync licensing.

    4. Cross-Promotion: Featured promotion across all OK Hit Record Productions media channels.

  • Terms: Shared publishing royalty split required.

Custom Beat | Starting at $500 / beat

Get exactly what you want with a beat that you have FULL control over!

  • Includes:

    1. 100% Exclusive Rights: A unique track built solely for you—never re-licensed or resold.

    2. Three Included Revisions: Not quite what you're looking for? Not to worry! We'll work on it till it's just right!

    3. Tracked-Out Stems: Unmixed/wet WAV stems included for maximum mixing control.

    4. Full Media Clearance: Commercial clearance for streaming, radio, film, TV, and sync licensing.

    5. Cross-Promotion: Featured promotion across all OK Hit Record Productions media channels.

    6. Note: a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins on any custom work. Upon completion, files will be sent when the remaining balance is paid.

Full Mix & Master | $400 (or $300 for projects under 11 stems)

Complete top-to-bottom mix and master to get your track stream-ready and competitive with Industry releases.

  • Includes:

    1. 4 Rounds of Revisions: Guaranteed adjustments to perfect your sound.

    2. Radio Clean Edit: Censored version ready for FM radio and clean playlisting.

    3. Slowed & Reverbed Remix: Bonus atmospheric remix version for promotional use across platforms.

    4. Sped Up Remix: Bonus sped up remix version for promotional use across platforms.

I'm Interested in Working With You, How does It Work?

How It Works

1. Submit Your Project Request

Fill out the intake form below with your project details, audio links, and goals. We review every submission to ensure the project is a good fit before moving forward.

2. Proposal

When your project is accepted, we will send over a project proposal and projected timeline. This would be when invoices would be due (besides beat packs for exclusive beats).

3. Production & Draft Delivery

We deliver your first draft within an average of 5 business days. If we need more time, we will make sure to contact you. You’ll review the draft and send back any revision requests in a single, timestamped list (for mixing, mastering, and custom work).

4. Final Balance & Master File Delivery

Once you approve the final version and the remaining 50% balance is paid (if applicable), we send your full high-resolution file package—including your main mix/master, stems, Radio Clean Edit, and bonus slowed & reverbed remix—and prep your release for cross-promotion across our channels.
